7. LEGAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
I. Binding Nature
This prospectus serves as a formal invitation to negotiate. A sponsorship is only confirmed upon the execution of a definitive "Sponsorship Agreement" signed by authorized representatives of both Traveling N Time and the Sponsoring Entity.
II. Intellectual Property
Sponsors grant Traveling N Time a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Sponsor’s trademarks, logos, and brand names for the sole purpose of event promotion and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits. Traveling N Time retains all rights to its own trademarks and event branding.
III. Payment Terms
Upon execution of the Sponsorship Agreement, a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total sponsorship fee is required. The remaining balance is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event launch.
IV. Limitation of Liability
Traveling N Time shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the sponsorship. In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure, Traveling N Time will work in good faith to provide commensurate value through rescheduled dates or digital exposure.
V. Compliance
All sponsors must adhere to the Traveling N Time Code of Conduct, ensuring that all brand activations and displays maintain the elegant and inclusive tone of the event.
